Slave Leia Redesigned

Despite not being much of a Star Wars fan, I decided to enter this contest for designing a new, more modest outfit for Princess Leia based on her famous "slave" bikini.

So here's my redesign. The reason I decided to enter the contest was, in fact, that I got the idea to turn her loincloth into a long tabard-slash-cape; I figured it'd give her a more regal, impressive look. Her metal bikini top became a breastplate, and I kept the shoes and hair decorations as they were. I added a pair of simple, white pants and a white top underneath the tabard-slash-cape, because white is Leia's signature color, especially in A New Hope.

ETA: Okay, I didn't explain this contest well enough. This is not actually meant to be a replacement for the famous slave bikini (bikini or not, Jabba would not dress his slaves up to look regal), it's meant to be a different outfit inspired by the slave bikini, something Leia would wear willingly and that would reflect her status and persona.

I don't actually have a problem with the slave bikini as an outfit; it makes sense story-wise and even thematically -- where it does get a little iffy is that the outfit seems to have been designed as a "take that" to Carrie Fisher, who had complained that her Leia outfits were too modest and nun-like. ("Oh, she wants something that shows that she's a woman, does she?! We'll give her an outfit that leaves absolutely no doubt!")
